Piotr Brozyna startet 2024 für das Welser Profi-Radteam

Einen weiteren Topfahrer kann das Welser Profi-Radteam jetzt für die Rennsaison 2024 verpflichten. Mit Piotr Brozyna aus Polen kommt ein starker Bergspezialist zur Equipe aus der Messestadt, die mit Felt ab dem nächsten Jahr einen neuen Hauptsponsor erhält. Der 28jährige aus der Stadt Kielce hat bereits etliche Topplatzierungen zu Buche stehen und war schon in der ProConti Liga für das polnische Team CCC im Einsatz. Nach einem schweren Unfall ist er auf dem Weg zurück zu alter Stärke.

Der 1,92 Meter große Radprofi startete bei der Rad-WM 2023 in Glasgow für sein Heimatland und leistete dort seinem Kapitän Michael Kwiatowski wertvolle Dienste. Heuer holte Brozyna außerdem beim GP Slovakia den hervorragenden 2. Platz und beendete die Tour of Malopolska 2023 auf dem starken 5. Gesamtrang. „Der Profiradsport in Wels bietet große Perspektiven und ich werde alles geben, um mit dem Team große internationale Erfolge einzufahren“, so Piotr Brozyna.

With Piotr Brozyna from Poland, a strong mountain specialist is joining the team from the trade fair city, which will have a new main sponsor in Felt from next year. This year, Brozyna also took an excellent 2nd place at the GP Slovakia and finished the Tour of Malopolska 2023 in a strong 5th place overall. “Professional cycling in Wels offers great prospects and I will give everything to achieve great international success with the team,” said Piotr Brozyna.
