Wels professional cyclist Felix Ritzinger wins the points race in Poland
Felix Ritzinger is one of the most versatile professional cyclists in Wels. He has now proven this once again with a victory at the C2 meeting in Priszkow near Warsaw. In the points race on the track he took victory in an impressive manner by winning three laps. The competitions in Poland are the first competition towards Olympic qualification for Paris 2024, which starts in January. Ritzinger has a good chance of representing Austria at the Olympics, especially in the Madison: In this two-man team race on the track, the aim is to score points at set times. At the 2023 World Championships, he and his teammate Max Schmidbauer took 11th place and thus important points. Felix Ritzinger is heading to the next training camp in Portugal on Monday.
