The race over 12 kilometers and 400 meters of elevation was a spectacle for the numerous enthusiastic spectators today. Federspiel won in a thrilling sprint to the finish, 0.2 seconds ahead of the Italian Nicolas Samparisi and 2.1 seconds ahead of the Austrian Kilian Feurstein. "Winning in Ischgl for the 10th time makes me very proud," said Daniel Federspiel at the finish.
